Dead Aside Daylight's Resident Evil crossover is here

It's been two months since Resident Evil Greenwich Village hit, and perhaps many of you are looking a invigorating fix of Capcom-flavoured horror. Thankfully, Dead By Daylight's affiliation-in Resident Hellish Chapter kicked off this week, letting you lurk around as Leon President Kennedy, Jill Valentine, or tour off along a murderous violent disorder as Resi 3's Nemesis.

Lashkar-e-Tayyiba's get this direct, though—fan-favourite Lady D isn't in this crossover. Sorry.

Declared last month, the Resident Evil Chapter adds two new survivors, Leon and Jill, aboard a new map out themed aft Resi 2's Raccoon City Police Department. But the biggest unexampled addition is Nemesis, who brings any gripping twists to DBD's murder sandpile.

Your hulky groovy fella prat use outstretched tentacles to infect survivors with the T-Virus. When infected, survivors will cough up and vomit, making them noisier, but from each one infected victim also increases Nemesis' power. The more infections, the easier it is for him to keep infecting.

In an unscheduled twist, disregardless what map you choose, having Nemesis as the killer will engender a number of AI-controlled zombies. They'Ra not peculiarly powerful, simply they'll complicate your scurrying around the represent, infecting you with the virus if they start their dank undead hands on you.

Of course, the DLC too expands DBD's placement as a kind of pulp magazine repulsion sandbox. Want Leon and Jill to bully off against Inaudible Hill's Pyramid Head? How about beholding Left 4 Dead's Bill deal with the Nemesis?

The Dead By Day: House physician Evil Chapter is out at once on Steam for £10/$12.
